LODGE KOHLER Announces New Restaurant Leadership at Taverne in the Sky and Leaps & Bounds Cafe

Green Bay, Wis. – March 5, 2026 LODGE KOHLER today announced the appointment of Jacqueline Hansen as Restaurant Manager and Paul Perez as Head Chef, bringing new leadership and a fresh perspective to the resort’s dining experiences at Taverne in the Sky and Leaps & Bounds Cafe.  

Hansen and Perez will work collaboratively to oversee daily operations, culinary direction, and guest experience across both restaurants, reinforcing LODGE KOHLER’s commitment to exceptional and authentic hospitality, refined yet thoughtful service, and elevated yet approachable dining.  

Jacqueline Hansen joins LODGE KOHLER with extensive experience in a variety of restaurant operations, team development, and guest-focused service. Known for her hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Hansen brings a passion for creating welcoming environments where both guests and team members feel valued. In her role as Restaurant Manager, she will focus on enhancing service standards, operational excellence, and the overall flow of not only the dining experience of every guest, but strategy and vision of Food & Beverage at Lodge Kohler.  

Paul Perez, newly appointed Head Chef, brings a strong culinary background rooted in scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, and refined comfort cuisine. With experience leading diverse kitchen teams and crafting menus that balance creativity with approachability, Perez will oversee menu development and kitchen operations for both Taverne in the Sky and Leaps & Bounds Cafe. His culinary vision emphasizes fresh flavors, thoughtful execution, and consistency across every plate.
