Kohler Waters Spa at Lodge Kohler in Green Bay, WI is pleased to welcome Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa which will be offering a day of beauty & wellness. Enjoy special pricing on injection treatments including Botox and dermal fillers administered in a serene, private setting designed for your comfort. All guests receive complimentary spa access & a glass of bubbly for the day with the purchase of a service from Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa and 20% off all spa services. Each 30-minute appointment with Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa includes education, consultation, and injection treatment (dermal fillers or Botox).
Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa is offering the following introductory pricing:
Botox: $10 per unit
Dysport: $4 per unit
Dermal Filler: $499 or $599 per syringe. Product dependent.
IV Therapy: $200 – $250 based on product selection.
Vitamin Shots: $25 per vitamin

As a thank-you for your service and dedication, we are pleased to offer 15% off 50-minute services (excluding finishing services) year-round, based on availability.
Guest must be in the military (active, veterans, or retired), first responders, police officers, firefighters, teachers, or healthcare professionals. IDs are required at check-in. Valid for only the qualifying personnel, not their guests. Finishing services excluded: all manicures, pedicures, hair, eyelash, makeup and waxing.
