LODGE KOHLER Expands Wellness Offerings with New Yoga Private Sessions and Series of Group Classes

Kohler Co.’s newest property elevates the guest experience through new yoga programming that exemplifies the brand’s growing wellness portfolio


KOHLER, Wis. — June 22, 2018 – Kohler Co. is pleased to announce the AAA Four-Diamond LODGE KOHLER is now offering private yoga and meditation sessions, along with limited-time only group, weekend classes through the brand’s illustriousDestination Kohler Yoga on the Lake program.With Instructor Stephanie Theune at the forefront, guests can book individual or group classes featuring Gentle Yoga, beginner – advanced Vinyasa practices, along with Guided Meditation courses catered toward specific needs. This summer, visitors can also partake in a series of weekend group workshops on the Titletown lawn across the street from iconic Lambeau Field, as well as at the property’s featured café concept, Leaps and Bounds.

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Stephanie Theune completed her rigorous 200-hour teacher training at Yoga on the Lake at Destination Kohler. As someone who considers herself “forever a student,” she looks forward to embracing a new group of yogis and yoginis through these private experiences, whichstart at $75 an hour for one-on-one sessions, and $25 an hour for group sessions (three students or more). All levels are welcome and the class includes a complimentary mimosa bar and access to the Kohler Waters Spa thermal suite, including the Hydromassage Experience Pool, cold plunge pool, sauna and steam room. 

Available classes, include: 

  • Gentle Yoga: This soothing, restorative yoga practice focuses on breath and alignment with the optional use of props to help open the body while slowing down the mind all with the objective to achieve relaxation, greater mental clarity, improved alignment and physical freedom.

  • Vinyasa 1:Ideal for beginner level yoginis, this informative class is set to inspiring music and explores fundamental alignment principles and posture.

  • Vinyasa 1-2: Strengthen, detoxify and invigorate the body, mind and spirit with this open-format vinyasa class geared toward all levels; some yoga experience is recommended, though posture modification options are provided.

  • Guided Meditation:Whether it’s five minutes or an hour, guests can set up a guided meditation session to help remove stress and restore inner peace.

Yoga & Wellness Social at LODGE KOHLER

  • Titletown Lawn 9 –10 a.m.: an hour long, open-formatted Vinyasa class set on the Titletown Lawn, these group outings are geared towards all levels of experience and designed to strengthen, detoxify and invigorate the body, mind and spirit.

  • Social at Leaps and Bounds Café 10 – 11 a.m.:A post-yoga breakout session that boasts complimentary coffee and tea, attendees are encouraged to gather and enjoy a variety of Kohler Waters Spa perks and mini treatments to help maintain that “zen” mentality all morning long.
