AGE REQUIREMENTS

All spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. There is no age requirement for salon guests.

SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made three to six weeks in advance. Hotel guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the time lodging is reserved to ensure desired service times.

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS AND FEES
We strive to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. To optimize guest flow and avoid overcrowding, our weekend and holiday service requirements are as follows:

• Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): Guests are required to purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day. 

• Fridays–Sundays (June-October): Guests are required to purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day with premium pricing. 

• Fridays & Saturdays (October-May): Use of spa amenities requires the purchase of two 50- or 80-minute services per person per day including premium pricing.

Holidays
Holidays including premium pricing and may reflect a two-service minimum.

• October 12

• November 26

• December 21–31

Premium Pricing:
$30 increase per spa service
$15 increase per nail service

SPA CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance of appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full rate of service.

WHAT TO BRING

You will need to bring your swimsuit for the Hydromassage Experience Pool. Robes and towels are provided to all guests. We suggest leaving valuable jewelry at home.

SPA USAGE FEE

Access to spa amenities is reserved for hotel guests only and subject to availability, based on guest volume and cannot be guaranteed. Guests should call prior to arrival to secure availability. Use of spa amenities requires a usage fee of $75 per person. This fee is waived with the purchase of one 50- or 80-minute spa service.

GRATUITY

For your convenience, a 22% service gratuity will be added automatically to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. The service gratuity is comprised of a 19% gratuity and 3% service fee.

THERAPISTS

Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a gender preference please specify during booking.

GROUPS/WEDDINGS

We welcome groups. For a group of six or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Spa Group Coordinator at 920-327-4605. Some date restrictions apply.

Kohler Waters Spa welcomes the local community to the Spa with a special promotion on services!

Experience a 20% discount on all 50-minute and 80-minute services every Wednesday throughout the year.
