Gather five or more guests and plan a retreat at Kohler Waters Spa, an inviting setting designed for relaxation and connection. Ideal for bridal celebrations, corporate gatherings, or meaningful time with friends, each group experience can be thoughtfully tailored to your needs. The Spa Café is also available for private rental, offering an intimate space to gather before or after your services.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY GROUP?
Advanced booking of at least six weeks is suggested for better availability as demand for appointments is high. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE SPA APPOINTMENTS FOR A GROUP?
A credit card is required to secure all spa appointments, and we will need the names of all guests, the specific services that each guest is requesting, phone numbers, as well as any special accommodations needed. Verbal or written acknowledgment of our cancellation policy is also required.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS?
To avoid being charged full cost of confirmed spa appointments, we require prior notice for cancellations. Entire group cancellations — 72 hours prior to date of the visit. Individual guests — 24 hours prior to date of the visit. Since we are not in communication with all group guests individually, we rely on the group contact to communicate this policy to his or her group.

IS FOOD AND BEVERAGE AVAILABLE? 
Food and beverage arrangements can be made based on time of day. For breakfast and some lunch hours, Leaps and Bounds Café is available and located on the first floor. Robes can be worn in this area during your visit. Dinner can be provided by Taverne in the Sky, however, street wear is required. No carry-ins are allowed.  

HOW CAN THE SPA CUSTOMIZE MY GUEST’S EXPERIENCES?
We pride ourselves on providing fun and memorable experiences. Arrangements can be made for welcome beverages, special occasion arrangements such as balloons or flowers, surprise retail gifts within their locker, or in hotel room robe delivery. If you have personalization ideas, please share them with the coordinator. 

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The spa is a digital free and a completely quiet space. The hotel pool is an extension of the spa and a place for livelier conversation as well as a great photo area. Talking on the phone or use of cameras is prohibited throughout the spa. Voices are to be kept to a whisper. Technology free includes e-readers and Kindles. The spa provides magazines for your convenience.
