Join us for a rejuvenating fusion of mindful movement and luxurious pampering at Prana Pose and Pedicures! This unique event is designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm while treating your feet to the care they deserve. Whether you're looking to unwind, connect with friends, or simply treat yourself, this event is your invitation to slow down and shine from the inside out. Yoga is from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, followed by spa access and pedicures by appointment.

What to Expect:

• An outdoor, gentle, all-levels yoga flow focused on grounding, breathwork, and relaxation

• A soothing guided meditation crystal harp to center your mind and spirit

• A refreshing, 25-minute pedicure experience featuring aromatherapy, exfoliation, and polish

• A soothing collagen tea to help your skin glow

• The yoga session is provided by, Wild Waters Wellness instructor, Sarah Evenson

• Please bring your yoga mat with you, however, one may be provided for class

Should it rain, the yoga portion will be moved poolside.
