GUARANTEE POLICIES AND CANCELLATION FEES
All room reservations will be subject to a one-night deposit, plus tax, to be charged at the time of booking. This deposit may be charged to a major credit card or may be made through an advance cash deposit equal to one night's stay (room rate plus applicable tax). Advance cash deposits must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Any reservation canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Government-issued photo ID is required.

Cancellation policies are subject to change based on booking dates and specifications.  Please reference the confirmation letter information provided upon completion of your booking.

All experiences in LODGE KOHLER are cashless. Credit, debit, and gift cards are accepted.

REGULAR SEASON GAME DAY STAYS
Rooms are reserved with a two-night minimum stay requirement to include the night before and night of the game.  The reservation is fully prepaid; the reservation cannot be changed, and the deposit is non-refundable.  All major credit cards can be used for the prepaid deposit.  Any reservation canceled will forfeit the prepayment.  If, and only if, the NFL confirms that the game will not be occurring at Lambeau Field or spectators are not allowed to attend, your reservation will be automatically canceled and refunded without penalty.  In the event the game is scheduled for flex, your reservation will automatically be shifted to the appropriate gameday pattern.  Please visit NFL.com for additional information on flexible scheduling.
